Basic Philosophy
AERO TOYOTA CORPORATION (hereinafter, the Company) recognizes that protecting personal information handled in business activities is a social responsibility. We will address this as an important and ongoing management issue, establish a personal information protection policy, strive for proper protection of personal information through the operation of a personal information protection management system, and respond to the continued trust of customers and other stakeholders.

The Company acquires personal information by lawful and fair means.

The Company clarifies the purposes of use of personal information and uses it only within the scope of those purposes by lawful and proper means.

Except as provided by laws and regulations, the Company will not provide personal information to third parties without the prior consent of the individual.

(4) Entrustment of Personal Information
When entrusting personal information, necessary and appropriate supervision of the contractor will be conducted.

(5) Compliance with Relevant Laws and Regulations
The Company complies with laws and regulations, government guidelines, and other norms regarding the handling of personal information.

The Company ensures that employees recognize the importance of personal information protection and provides education and training so that proper operation and management can be implemented.

To prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information and to ensure proper management, the Company establishes internal regulations and other relevant rules and implements necessary and appropriate safety management measures.

In the unlikely event of an incident such as a personal information leak, the Company will minimize the damage, promptly disclose necessary information, and take appropriate measures.

The Company establishes a contact point for inquiries, complaints, and consultations regarding personal information and responds promptly and sincerely.

Basic Philosophy
AERO TOYOTA CORPORATION (hereinafter, the Company) considers “the safety in aviation, ground transportation, information, and labor” as important and ongoing management issues, and to protect one of them, “information safety,” establishes this “Information Security Policy.”
In accordance with this policy, we will strive to realize highly reliable and safe information security and respond to the trust of customers and other stakeholders. -
Information Security Policy

(1) Scope of Application
This policy applies to information used in the Company’s business activities, as well as to information systems such as computers and networks (hereinafter, “information assets”).

The Company establishes an Information Protection Committee within the organization, develops a system for the protection and management of information assets, and works to maintain and improve information security.

(3) Development of Internal Regulations
The Company establishes internal regulations to implement this policy and ensures thorough dissemination to employees.

(4)Compliance with Relevant Laws and Regulations
The Company complies with all laws and regulations that must be observed and carries out business properly.

(5) Measures Against Information Security Risks
To address information security risks, the Company conducts risk assessments and implements physical, technical, human, and organizational measures to address residual risks.

The Company ensures that employees recognize the importance of information security and provides education and training so that proper operation and management can be implemented.

(7) Security Management of Contractors
The Company requires business contractors to achieve a security level equivalent to that of the Company.

(8) Implementation of Information Security Audits
To verify the effectiveness and validity of the Company’s information security management in conformity with relevant laws, regulations, this policy, and internal regulations and other relevant rules, the Company conducts regular information security audits.

(9) Response to Information Security Incidents
To prepare for incidents such as information leaks, the Company establishes an emergency response system, conducts training, and works to minimize damage.

To achieve continuous improvement of information security, the Company provides education on information security measures, evaluates their effectiveness, and audits compliance status.
